Alf Knutsen fra Herøy i Nordland er utdannet kantor fra Norges musikkhøgskole og arbeider i Rælingen menighet. Han er opphavsmann til Barne-TVs Elias, og i 2007 ble han tildelt Herøy kommunes kulturpris.
