Jørn Mazarino (1956) har drevet med hund stort sett i hele livet, og har vært aktiv innen forskjellige hundeklubber og Norske redningshunder. Han tok instruktørutdannelse gjennom Norsk Kennel Klubb, og har også forskjellige kurs i utlandet om hundeatferd samt forskjellig spesialtrening av hunder. Han har drevet egen hundeskole i ca 13 år.
